I began working with Novelty Lights in 2019 as a seasonal employee during the busy holiday season. Over time, I transitioned into a full-time role, supporting Customer Service from January through September and managing the showroom during the holiday season, October through December. I particularly enjoy helping customers develop a plan for their lighting projects, selecting the right products for their needs, and teaching them how to create and customize their own light sets. This experience has allowed me to build strong customer service skills while developing a thorough understanding of our products and the process of creating custom lighting solutions.
