As the Vice President of Residential Services at Family Tree, I oversee the delivery and quality of residential programs for families and youth experiencing homelessness, domestic violence, and child abuse. I have a DEI Certificate from USF and a MA in Ethnic Studies from Colorado State University, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and in the community. I am passionate about empowering families and youth to overcome challenges and achieve their goals, and I am committed to advancing Family Tree's mission of helping people discover their own strengths and create lasting change.
