Event Description:
Arrive at 11:30 for snacks and networking - then the presentation will begin at noon, on the 8 Dimensions of Wellness and promoting the new Women on Weights programming. All attendees will be entered into a raffle for a one month membership + one session of the HIIT Studio Y small group personal training class.
