Transportation Committee - Mobility Choice Blueprint & CO Smart Cities Alliance
Don Hunt with the Antero Company will talk about the impact of The Mobility Choice Blueprint, which was finalized in December 2018. The Blueprint is an initiative to create a mobility vision for metro Denver driven by public and private sectors, by developing key strategies to leverage current assets using new technologies and provide an integrated system of the future.
Jake Rishavy, Co-Founder and Board Member, Colorado Smart Cities Alliance will share the vision of the Alliance, which is a state-wide, multi-jurisdictional partnership designed to accelerate the development of Smart City initiatives across the state of Colorado. The promise of Smart Cities is to enable people to live, work and play effortlessly in a future increasingly shaped by urban growth, challenges, and opportunities - by coming together to leverage economies of scale, to share successes and failures, and to increase the value of these efforts to citizens and businesses.
Rishavy is also Vice President of Innovation with the Denver South Economic Development Partnership.
