Safety Training: Aging Workforce

This is a safety training hosted for our members in the Pinnacol Safety Discount program.
However, any business can attend if interested in the topic.

Aging Workforce-

The term “aging workforce” means different things to different people. Topics for this class will include:
·        Defining the term “aging workforce.”
·        Understanding the risks these employees may face.
·        Identifying solutions to mitigating risk for these employees.

Please Note to Members in the program: In order to remain in the Chamber’s Safety Group Program and receive your 4% discount and possible dividends, you are required to attend 2 safety trainings during your policy period. If you are not sure about your policy period, check with your agent about your renewal date.
