Rise YTT Grad $10 Community Class

Join us for a special Community Class in which you will be led through a Vinyasa Flow taught by our teacher training graduates!  This class is for all levels and is a perfect opportunity to drop into an affordable class while experiencing a well rounded practice.

This class is also open to all members and class pack holders. 

*Please bring your own yoga mat to the studio. Mat rentals are available for $5. Blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for you to use at no additional charge
