A1Boxing Fitness has developed a program that will assist in the physical development of our youth. The youth boxing classes consist of boxing techniques that are taught by coaches that are registered through USA boxing. Safety is one of the most important lessons taught to the students. Classes consist of warm up exercises, calisthenics, jumping, running an obstacle course, working out on the bags, ropes, and core strengthening. The youth may participate in sparring once they are properly trained. A certified professional is always in the ring to ensure safety. The youth physical fitness program at A1Boxing assist the students in the development of discipline, respect, confidence, self-esteem, goal setting, patience, restraint, persistence, humility, honor, and dedication to fitness.
