Please join us as we host a guided meditation class for The Chamber members!
Feel free to bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion or pillow, blankets, etc. if that will make your experience more comfortable. The studio will have limited availability to props, but none of these props are things you would need to meditate. No need to buy anything if you do not have these items.

Hot tea will be served as well.
