Health Series - The Importance of Breathing - and other ways to reduce stress
How do you manage your stress? We all have different stressors in our lives, and sometimes it feels overwhelming. Don't despair, there are some things you can do that don't cost anything and will absolutely help.
Megan Flanagan and Melissa Ford with Kaiser Permanente's Workforce Health Department will lead participants through a short but therapeutic breathing exercise, and will offer some additional simple stress management takeaways you can use right away!
