According to the national news and what we’ve heard from local businesses, finding, hiring, and keeping talent is the number one concern of organizations large and small.

A smaller pool of potential employees to choose from and competition that doesn’t care where their employees live requires soul searching and creativity from the CEO on down.

Our panelists will represent a wide swath of the Denver South community, from a global company headquartered in Denver South to a unique high school right in our backyard. We’ll also get a firsthand look at the new Cherry Creek Innovation Campus, which is working to secure Denver South’s talent pipeline for the future.
