“You Don’t Belong”: The Tacit Messaging of Gender Micro-Inequities in the Workplace.
Giugi Carminati is a diversity and inclusion speaker who focuses on intersectional gender inequities. She has given talks around the country to a variety of audiences including aerospace medicine faculty and attorneys. She is also a feminist attorney and advocate at The Woman’s Lawyer. Her practice focuses on addressing issues of inequity and representing historically marginalized people such as women, people of color, and members of the LGBTQ community.
