In golfers, many of these issues and many others can be due to lack of mobility and stability. Having limitations in mobility and stability will prevent players from swinging correctly, pain free, and consistently.

The Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is the world’s leading educational organization and research facility dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing.

Since its inception in 2003, TPI has studied thousands of golfers ranging from the top professional tour players to weekend enthusiasts. An incredible amount of data on players of all shapes, sizes, ages, and fitness levels has been gathered during this time. Using this data, TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible. Additionally, TPI has analyzed how physical limitations in a player’s body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury.

Kevin Carlson Golf at Fitzsimons Golf Course will be hosting Dr. Ryan Dunn, a Titleist Performance Institute Medical Professional, to perform TPI golf movement and injury screens. Dr. Dunn is a registered TPI level 3 medical professional (the highest certification with Titleist). Dr Dunn will be present along with Titleist Performance Institute Golf Professional Kevin Carlson, PGA to help analyze your TPI screens, swing, and provide feedback. TPI screening and consultation with Kevin Carlson and Dr. Dunn will be complimentary to those golfers who sign up at the dates and times listed HERE.
