This seminar presents a broad overview of the importance of effective communication and how negotiation techniques can be applied in the business environment. In this workshop you will learn two things:
1. How to recognize communication road blocks and learn how to avoid them in order to enhance the well being of your business
2. We negotiate everyday. How to get the most out of your negotiations by learning the ins and outs of practical negotiation.
The seminar will be presented by Michael Gorin. Michael spent 15 years working as a Senior Analyst for the U.S. General Accounting Office where he worked on projects like Alternative Dispute Resolution and U.S. Post Labor Management Problems. These were both two major projects that were issued to the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate.
Michael has now created and designed his own conflict management course that he presents to different organizations and individuals. We are happy to have him share some of his knowledge with our Chamber members.
