Program Impact
Great Solution for: High turnover; productivity dropping; low engagement scores; people are stressed, operating in silos, have little collaboration. Change initiative in the organization. Trust is weak or broken (toxic work environment). If people don’t trust who they work with or don’t trust their leader, they won’t perform to their potential. Managers withhold information, people talk behind each other’s backs, employees are afraid to share concerns, no one takes responsibility, poor morale.
Proven Results: • Higher retention • Increased sense of partnership and higher collaboration • Increased creativity and risk-taking • More effective execution of business strategy • Increased revenue/productivity • Greater innovation, entrepreneurialism • Employees empowered to be self-starters and commit to integrity • Less stress about not being able to trust your boss or being trusted by your direct reports • More comfortable asking for help, leading to quicker problem solving • Employees will have a common language to talk about trust issues in a way that isn’t offensive • Effective and honest communication • Able/Competent, believable, connected, and dependable people (Elements of Trust)
Authority: Based on 30 years of research, our trust experts have developed a simple and powerful trust model that provides a common language and framework focused on the specific behaviors that build trust. Our clients tell us they like the program’s Four Elements of Trust because it’s easy to learn, easy to remember, easy to use.
