We are honored to have Dr. Becky Takeda - Tinker, President and CEO of Colorado State University - Global Campus as our Keynote Speaker!
Dr. Takeda Tinker will be discussing how the world has dramatically changed since the Great Recession, and workplace pace and complexity are only expected to intensify. She will share the realities of the latest workforce trends and future projections, while providing practical tips towards professional rediness.
Named one of Five Higher Ed Leaders to Watch, and author of the book, ?Impacting the Future of Higher Education?, Dr. Takeda-Tinker champions data-driven and technology-based solutions to facilitate learner educational success and workplace employment. Her earlier work in business and as an entrepreneur, has equipped her with the skills and ability to understand the multiple dimensions of today?s competitive and technological landscape as she leads CSU-Global to collaborate across all industries and educational institutions for program development and educational leadership.
Opened to students in 2008, as of May 2018 CSU-Global has facilitated the graduation and active student engagement of over 37,000 nontraditional learners located in every U.S. state and territory and 54 countries. The university?s exemplary data in student retention, learning outcomes achievement, nationwide normed assessment performance, and alumni salaries demonstrate its global leadership and its expertise in academic excellence measured by student return-on-investment.
She holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership; a Masters of Business Administration in Finance; a post-graduate certificate in Marketing Management; and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
